1. SCOPE AND OPERATOR
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through christian-savini.com and apply to products offered under the RICCOLENZA by Christian Savini brand.

Throughout these Terms, “RICCOLENZA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer, where applicable, to Billionaire Fashion Group AG and the RICCOLENZA by Christian Savini brand.
By accessing christian-savini.com or placing an order through the website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
RICCOLENZA by Christian Savini offers luxury fragrances and related products.
We make every reasonable effort to display our products, packaging, colours, finishes and materials as accurately as possible. However, colours and visual details may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, photography and the individual characteristics of materials and finishes.
Minor variations in handcrafted or individually finished elements are not considered defects where they are inherent to the nature and craftsmanship of the product.
Product descriptions, images and other information are provided with the greatest possible care.
3. PRICES
All prices displayed on christian-savini.com are shown in the currency indicated on the website.
The final price applicable to an order will be displayed during checkout before the customer submits the order.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed separately during checkout.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, brokerage charges or other governmental fees may apply depending on the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
4. ORDERS AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
Products displayed on christian-savini.com constitute an invitation to customers to place an order.
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
After an order has been submitted, the customer will receive an electronic order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where justified, including in cases of:

• circumstances preventing lawful delivery of the order.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we subsequently cancel, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Orders may be subject to payment verification and fraud-prevention procedures.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to the destinations made available during checkout.
Estimated delivery times displayed on the website or communicated after purchase are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery times may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, public holidays, adverse weather, exceptional demand or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Where a shipment is returned to us because it was refused, not collected or could not be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply before the order is resent.
7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes and other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country.
Where such charges are not collected directly during checkout, they remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs procedures and charges are outside our control and may vary significantly between jurisdictions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order may legally be imported into their destination country.
8. RETURNS AND CHANGE OF MIND
For customers purchasing under Swiss law, there is no general statutory right to return an online purchase merely because the customer has changed their mind.
Any voluntary return policy offered by RICCOLENZA will be stated separately on christian-savini.com and forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms restricts any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or return rights that a consumer may have under the applicable law of their country of residence.
9. PERFUMES, OPENED PRODUCTS AND HYGIENE
Due to the nature of fragrance and cosmetic products, products that have been opened, used, sprayed, tested or otherwise altered after delivery may not be eligible for a voluntary return for change-of-mind purposes.
Original seals, protective packaging and presentation materials must remain intact where required under our applicable return policy.
This restriction does not affect statutory rights relating to products that are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming, nor any other mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, defective or different from the product ordered, the customer should contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide:
• the order number;
• a description of the issue; and
• clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping box where relevant.
Customers should retain the affected product and all original packaging until the matter has been resolved.
Following verification, we may provide an appropriate remedy, including replacement, repair, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
11. WARRANTY AND DEFECTS
Products are subject to the applicable statutory warranty provisions.
Under Swiss law, warranty claims for defects in new goods are generally subject to a two-year limitation period.
Customers should notify us of apparent defects promptly after discovering them.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
12. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve the product.
In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, we will contact the customer and, where appropriate, refund the amount paid for the unavailable item.
13. LIMITED EDITIONS AND PURCHASE LIMITS
Certain RICCOLENZA products may be produced or offered in limited quantities.
We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method or delivery address where reasonably necessary to preserve product availability or prevent unauthorised resale.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content appearing on christian-savini.com, including but not limited to:
• RICCOLENZA and RICCOLENZA by Christian Savini names;
• Christian Savini branding;
• logos and trademarks;
• bottle and packaging designs;
• photographs;
• videos;
• graphics;
• product descriptions;
• texts;
• artwork;
• website design; and
• other creative materials
is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may belong to Billionaire Fashion Group AG or its respective licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, commercially exploited or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.
Nothing on the website grants any licence or right to use any trademark, design or other intellectual property except as expressly authorised in writing.
15. UNAUTHORISED RESALE
RICCOLENZA products are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commercial resale, distribution or representation of RICCOLENZA products without prior written authorisation from Billionaire Fashion Group AG is prohibited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. WEBSITE INFORMATION
We endeavour to ensure that all information on christian-savini.com is accurate and current.
Nevertheless, typographical errors, technical errors or inaccuracies may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct such errors and update information where appropriate.
17. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, including validity periods, geographical restrictions, minimum order values and product exclusions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined.
Promotions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Billionaire Fashion Group AG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or purchase of products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.
19. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, governmental restrictions, customs delays, interruptions to telecommunications or payment systems, and failures affecting suppliers or logistics providers.

These Terms and contractual relationships with Billionaire Fashion Group AG are governed by substantive Swiss law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that apply to the customer and cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
For customers acting in a commercial or professional capacity, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Zug, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
For consumers, mandatory statutory rules concerning jurisdiction remain unaffected.
